Our Olea Reserve is made with the Arbequina olive. It's a Spanish variety that produces oil with a fresh, sweet, grassy taste, and moderate peppery notes. It has a smooth finish and is best combined with salads, fresh or cooked vegetables, grilled poultry and seafood.
